This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through www.oncafightgear.com.

  1. Shipping Areas

We ship orders within Israel and to selected international destinations.

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is approved.

Orders are processed on business days only. For orders handled from Israel, business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays and other non-working days.

During product drops, sales periods, holidays, security events, courier delays, customs delays, or other unusual circumstances, processing times may be longer.

  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Israel: 3–10 business days
International orders: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather, security events, incorrect delivery details, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

If free shipping is offered, it may be subject to minimum order value, destination, product type, or promotion terms.

  1. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by ONCA Fightgear & Apparel.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

The customer is responsible for checking any import restrictions, customs rules, duties, and taxes that may apply in the destination country before placing an order.

  1. Delivery Details

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and any information required for international delivery.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, customs issues, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of incorrect details, refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay customs or import charges, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

  1. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the shipping provider.

Tracking updates for international orders may depend on the destination country’s postal or courier systems.

  1. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, or Uncollected Package

If a delivery attempt fails, a package is refused, or a package is not collected on time, the shipping provider may return the package to us.

In such case, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment or cancellation, subject to applicable law.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the failed delivery was caused by incorrect details, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

  1. Damaged Package or Delivery Issue

If your package arrives damaged, or if there is a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and product where relevant.

  1. Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost, we will check the matter with the shipping provider.

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another solution according to the circumstances and applicable law.

  1. Cancellations and Returns

Shipping-related cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

For customers in Israel, cancellation rights are subject to Israeli consumer protection law, including the rules applicable to distance sales.
