1. Cancellations

You may cancel an online purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date you received the order confirmation document, whichever is later, subject to applicable Israeli consumer protection law.

To cancel an order, please contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number, full name, and contact details.

2. Cancellation fee

If the cancellation is not due to a defect, wrong item, delay, or another issue caused by us, we may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

3. Returns

To return a product, the item must be unused, undamaged, clean, and returned in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included, unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide return instructions.

4. Return shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or another issue caused by us, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide return instructions and handle the issue according to applicable law.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees may not be refunded unless the cancellation or return is due to a defect, wrong item, delay, or another issue caused by us.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Size exchanges may be available subject to stock availability.

Products sent for exchange must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another solution, subject to applicable law.

8. Non-returnable items

Subject to applicable law, returns may not be accepted for products that were used, damaged, washed, altered, or are not in resaleable condition.

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or return, unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
